任职条件:
- 5年以上JAVA开发经验,精通JAVA, J2EE 开发与设计。熟悉常用设计模式与框架。
- ·精通工作流,JBPM 等工作流开源框架。
- 精通 Struts, Spring, Hibernate, iBatis, JPA, EJB, Servlets等常用框架。
- 精通页面设计与开发,精通WEB2.0开发,熟练掌握 Javascript, Ajex, Jquery and Flex等。
- 熟悉 SAP 尤佳。
- 熟悉了解 安卓,IOS 开发尤佳。
- 有一定项目管理经验,Team Leader 经验优先考虑。
岗位职责
- 根据产品和项目需求,分析、设计与实现系统架构方案,保障系统架构的合理性、可扩展性及经济性;
- 对相关产品系统架构方案进行评审及改进,控制软件产品系统架构质量;
- 负责系统架构文档编写以及制订相关的技术解决方案;
- 负责或参与公司技术规范的制定,对技术难题进行攻关及解决;
- 负责核心模块的实现以及对软件开发团队进行技术指导。

Job Requirements:
- · BSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or are related field;
- · Excellent communication skills in English;
- · Good knowledge of core java and J2EE based web application and design patterns.
- · Strong experience in back-end J2EE frameworks including Struts, Spring, Hibernate,iBatis, JPA, EJB, Servlets
- ·Strong experience in Java front-end technologies including Javascript, Ajex,Jquery and Flex;
- ·Hand on experience with main frame RDBMS like SQLServer, MySQL, Oracle and/orDB2
- Excellent experience with large-scale enterprise application design and development
- ·Team leader and team player, able to coordinate and communicate effectively with project manager, projects take holders, developers and other parties in the team;
Responsibilities:
- Work on day-to-day project planning, estimation and resources planning with the project manager
- Participate in application architecture design and implementation
- Supervise junior developers on code implementation and review
- Designs and develops user interfaces to internet/intranet applications by setting expectations and features priorities throughout development lifecycle; determining design methodologies and tool sets; completing programming using languages and software products; designing and conducting tests.
- Recommends system solutions by comparing advantages and disadvantages of custom development and purchase alternatives.
- Integrates applications by designing data base architecture and server scripting; studying and establishing connectivity with network systems, search engines, and information servers.
